Limited Warranty
FJM Security warrants for one year that its products are free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal installation, use and service. This warranty does not cover defects or damages arising from improper installation, improper maintenance, ordinary wear and tear, misuse or abuse.The only liability of the company in tort or in contract, whether under this warranty or otherwise shall be limited to repair or replacement of products which are returned prepaid to us within one year of the date of original purchase.
This is a limited warranty and is in lieu of all other representations and expressed or implied warranties. Under no circumstances shall FJM Security Products be made liable for any incidental or consequential damages or losses.
Lost or Forgotten Combinations
Lost or forgotten combinations are not covered by warranty. Some combination locks we are able to use a machine to discover the code you set it to and reset to factory default. These include ShurLoks, HitchSafes, Combi-Bolts and Combi-Cams. Reset service is free for one year from date of purchase and a $7 fee is charged thereafter. For ShurLok specifically go here
We do not cover the cost of shipping products to us for replacement or for combination resets. We do cover the cost of returning the product to you within the continental USA.
